The Revolving Table is an instrument designed to streamline the preparation of insulating oil samples for dissolved gas analysis (DGA)by the gas chromatography technique in the head space and water-in-oilusing the Karl Fischer technique for extraction in nitrogen flow.Developed and validated by Sea Marconi in 1999, the revolving table is currently being used successfully in many laboratories internationally for routine work.

The instrument essentially consists of a rotating drum fitted with 28 placements for vials with 20ml head space, lined up with hermetic closures.

Sea Marconi's revolving table allows up to 28 vials (vials) to be conditioned under inert gas (argon)with a controlled flow, and the oil sample to be introduced without atmospheric contaminants (oxygen, nitrogen, CO2, moisture, dust, etc.)Sample dosing operations, positioning of the closure and closing of the vial (all under inert gas) are quick and easy with the convenient central hand wheel and the fact that the instrument is made of transparent plexiglass.
