Trainer

Dr. Riccardo Maina

Riccardo Maina comes from Turin, where he was born April 7, 1971 and has a degree in Chemistry in July 1996.
Specializing in analytical and instrumental chemistry, after an experience of R&D in the field of surface coatings, in 2001 he began work at Sea Marconi Technologies, where he currently holds the position of laboratory manager and is in charge the diagnostic of insulating fluids. He is active in the regulatory and research groups IEC TC 10 and SC Cigre 01 and 01, where he contributes to the development of analytical methods and diagnostic guides. He has received the IEC 2007 Award for his contributions in the field of studies on the insulating fluids and their chemical properties.
Author of articles published in IEEE Transaction or in other international contexts, currently his work is primarily concerned with the development of artificial intelligence systems for automatic diagnostics using diagnostic algorithms for condition assessment.
